• AI Video Generation: Create AI-generated videos from your photos using advanced artificial intelligence
• AI Clothing Swap: Upload your own clothing images and apply them to your photos with AI technology
• AI Style Transfer: Apply various artistic styles and templates to your photos
• Works Management: View, manage, and download your generated videos and images

Our services use advanced AI technology to process images and generate content. Results may vary based on image quality and other factors.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VivideoAI, you confirm that you:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms (or have parental/guardian consent if required in your jurisdiction)
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you are a minor, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

3. User Content and Conduct

By uploading images to VivideoAI, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the images or have the right to use them
• The images do not violate any third-party rights
• You have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals in the images

3.2 Prohibited Content

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Contains nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material
• Depicts violence, gore, or cruelty
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violates any person's privacy or publicity rights
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
• Targets minors in any harmful way

3.3 Content Monitoring

We reserve the right to:

• Review, monitor, or remove any content at our sole discretion
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Report illegal content to appropriate authorities

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account using:

• Apple Sign-In
• Google Sign-In
• Guest access (limited features)

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and technology, is owned by VivideoAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the App

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your original uploaded images. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for providing the requested services.

5.3 Generated Content

Videos and images generated through our AI services may be used by you for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use may require additional licensing.

6. Credits and Payments

6.1 Credit System

VivideoAI uses a credit-based system for accessing certain features:

• Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases
• Each processing task consumes a specified number of credits
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

6.2 In-App Purchases

• All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Prices are displayed in your local currency
• Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
• For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google directly through their respective platforms

6.3 Free Credits

We may offer free credits or promotional offers at our discretion. These may be subject to additional terms and expiration dates.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIVIDEOAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VivideoAI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

• Binding arbitration, as a last resort

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where VivideoAI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
