3. Face Data

Face Data Collection and Use

• Purpose: Face data is used solely to provide AI video and image transformation services (such as AI Style and clothing swap features). We analyze facial features temporarily to generate your requested transformations.
• Processing: Facial analysis is performed on secure servers during processing using encrypted connections.

Face Data Storage

• We Do NOT Permanently Store Face Data: Face data is NOT retained after processing is complete.
• Retention Period: Any facial feature data extracted during processing exists only in temporary memory and is automatically deleted within seconds after the transformation task is completed. We do not store face data in any database or persistent storage.
• No Biometric Templates: We do not create, store, or maintain any biometric templates, facial recognition profiles, or face prints.
• No Identification: We do not use face data to identify, verify, authenticate, or track any individuals.

Face Data Sharing

• We Do NOT Share Face Data: Face data is never shared, sold, or transferred to any third parties for any purpose, including advertising, analytics, or any other reason.
• No Third-Party Access: No third parties have access to your face data. Our AI processing is performed entirely on our own secure servers.
• Third-Party Storage: Since we do not share face data with any third parties, no third parties store your face data.

Your Rights and Control

• Your Control: You control which images to upload and can delete your generated content at any time.
• Consent: By uploading photos containing faces, you confirm that you have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals in those photos.

4. Image and Video Data Handling

4.1 Processing

• Images are uploaded to our secure servers for AI processing
• Processing is performed using industry-standard security measures
• All data is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)

4.2 Storage

• Uploaded images are temporarily stored during processing
• Generated results are stored to allow you to access your works
• You can delete your generated works at any time
• We do not use your images to train AI models without explicit consent

4.3 Retention

• Source images: Deleted after processing completion
• Generated content: Retained until you delete them or close your account
• Account deletion: All associated data is permanently deleted
